Setup: Receive QuietDiff Webhooks

This workflow receives change alerts from QuietDiff and posts a formatted summary to Slack. Use it to get immediate notifications when your competitors update their pricing or when important documents change.

1. In n8n, import the workflow JSON (File → Import from File)
2. Open the Webhook node and copy the production webhook URL
3. In QuietDiff, go to Settings → Notifications
4. Add a Webhook channel with the n8n URL you copied
5. Configure the Slack node with your Slack incoming webhook URL (from Slack's app settings)

Setup: Poll REST API on Schedule

Check for new changes every morning and post a digest to Slack. Useful for tracking multiple monitors without getting interrupted by individual alerts.

1. Get your API key from QuietDiff Settings
2. In the workflow, open the Schedule node and set your preferred interval (daily at 9am, hourly, etc.)
3. Update the HTTP Request node:
   • URL: https://quietdiff.com/api/v1/changes
   • Authentication: Header Auth
   • Header Name: Authorization
   • Header Value: Bearer qd_your_api_key
4. The workflow filters for changes from the last 24 hours and posts a summary to Slack

Example Use Cases

• Competitor pricing alerts: Get a Slack ping when competitors change their pricing page
• Morning digest: Poll the API at 9am and post any changes from the last 24 hours to your team channel
• Legal compliance: Get notified immediately when a vendor updates their Terms of Service
• Job board monitoring: Track when companies post new openings

REST API Endpoints

The workflow uses these QuietDiff endpoints:

• GET /api/v1/changes - List detected changes
  Query params: limit, since (ISO date)
• GET /api/v1/monitors - List your monitors
• GET /api/v1/monitors/:id/snapshots - Get historical snapshots
